Here’s the recipe!

  • 1/2 pint fresh frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe frozen bananas
  • 1 can coconut cream (cream not milk)
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar or cane sugar/maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Place strawberries, bananas, coconut cream, vanilla and sugar in a blender or food processor.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Blend again and serve!
