Here’s the recipe!
- 1/2 pint fresh frozen strawberries
- 1 ripe frozen bananas
- 1 can coconut cream (cream not milk)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar or cane sugar/maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Place strawberries, bananas, coconut cream, vanilla and sugar in a blender or food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Blend again and serve!
